E Pawson & Son Ltd - Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Haulage and warehousing contractor, E Pawson & Son Ltd, based near Rotherham, required extra offices and meeting room space to be incorporated in an expansion programme at their depot near Rotherham. PK Accommodation who had sold a 48 foot (14.6m) building to them in 2004, were asked to supply a second storey to the existing building with separate access to the first floor.

Details

A 48 foot x 13 foot (14.6m x 4m) Portakabin building was sourced and craned into position in May 2006. The building had earlier been fully refurbished by PK to include a board room and three offices. PK also manufactured and fitted an exterior dog-leg staircase for access to the first floor.

Our business was expanding and we were rapidly out-growing the office space at our head office depot so we decided to add a new suite of offices.
