York based PK Accommodation, who specialise in the sale of reconditioned modular accommodation, has recently completed a project that is typical of its client base.

PK acquired a seven bay, four year old modular building specifically to meet an order received for a turnkey project for Thirsk based Power Plastics. A seamless transfer to new office accommodation was required. Everything had to be completed within a tight budget and time frame with minimum disruption to office working.

Power Plastics were delighted with the finished product as Karen Stead, Financial Director explained, "We tasked PK to provide us with high quality refurbished offices, and they did. From design to installation took approximately six weeks and during this time PK were very accommodating about a few specification changes that we required. The finish on the building is absolutely first class. We would have no hesitation in recommending PK to other businesses".

PK’s general manager was also delighted with the outcome, "This contract is a classic example of our target market.
