UGS Limited - Lowton

A six bay modular building was acquired to meet the requirements of Banbury based, builders merchants UGS Ltd, who needed an accommodation solution for an office and sales counter at their new depot in Lowton, near Warrington, in thenorth-west of England.

Carl Parker, transport and yard services manager at UGS Ltd explained, "We needed to expand the business and required an office and sales counter at our depot in Lowton which was within our budget. We looked at various build options and chose PK Accommodation because they offered value for money and a completion date that was within the time frame we had set."

The whole project went very smoothly with the six units delivered and sited in a day and fitting out and finishing taking a further two days. "The whole operation from enquiry to completion has been run efficiently and professionally", stated Mr Parker.
